For the Earthborn, the Androgyne symbolised the perfection of the fully evolved psyche - the pursuit of which they called the Way of All Time. For each individual therefore, Sebri stood like a beacon at the End of Time - always drawing the traveller onward through life after life.  Their philosophy did not countenance 'stepping off the wheel', to do so was the equivalent of spiritual annihilation, in itself an impossible and abhorrent concept.

As the Earthborn believed there was no limit to the evolution of the psyche, Time was perceived as continuous, endless, an idea that had from ancient days been represented by the serpent devouring its tail,
Like the Ankh, the Grail and even the Phoenix, Ouroboros is a symbol of the Androgyne.

Since her apotheosis in the Cave of the Womb, Sebri could exist simultaneously throughout the temporal continuum. Her being was most concentrated at the Threshold of the Future but she could access any given moment. In the manner of a shattered holographic plate, a fragment of herself at each point contained the whole.
